Beautiful album by Tusques & his Intercommunal Orchestra. The eponym track Le Musichien (Conte Afro-Catalan) is one of the best exemple of the singularity of François Tusques, halfway between Spiritual Jazz, Occitan Folk, with superb vocal performances by Carlos Andreu while the sax of Sylvain Kassap & Yebga Likoba (West African Cosmos) is on the higher level.
