Rare french pressing with laminated sleeve of this beautiful psych funk / soul rock album by Ruth Copeland, an English vocalist, songwriter and producer. "I Am What I Am" contains contributions from George Clinton and the musicians from Parliament-Funkadelic, (Eddie Hazel, Billy Nelson, Bernie Worell) as well as local Detroit session players such as guitarist Ray Monette. Includes 2 great Rollings Stones covers "Play With Fire" and "Gimme Shelter".
