Various Artist – Ovation (Freesound – FS 2/74 – France – 1974)

If you are a Library music collector / aficionado I think you can totally assume to be a completist ! The cult Freesound Library label apparently lauched by Jacky Giordano, has only 7 releases so it makes you easier to collect the whole label ! (In fact 8 releases with the unreleased one, that I stupidly sold a few years ago and I also repress the Philopsis holy Grail !). Ovation aka Freesound #2 includes the instrumental Funk classic "Burble Pie" by Keyboard player Philippe Briche (Synthesis) & French composer, producer Olivier Bloch-Lainé under a pseudo. Compiled in the late 90's on french La Guêpe - Volume 2. But don't think this album is a boring one tracker, as you can hear many cool track like the smooth jazz "Bird Flight", the groovy folk on "Country Folk", the tropical "Bancus".

Record is VG+ (a few surfaces, plays great, check the instagram sound clips) / Sleeve is VG+ (light wear and writings on back)
