Guadeloupe Reflexions – Un Jeudi A L'Arawak (Disques Sopran'n – SOP. 17,000 - 1980)

390.00 / Sold Out

Legendary Guadeloupean saxophonist Camille "Soprann" Hildevert is behind this privately pressed modern jazz album recorded in 1980. Beautiful record from start to finish where Caribbean music meets Brazilian jazz with the features of Eduardo Filho on piano.
Certainly one of the most finest creole jazz album ever. with tracks like "Samba Arawak" that we compiled on Kouté Jazz (our French West Indies Jazz compilation we released for Heavenly Sweetness a few years ago).
Also don't miss "Quand Les Oiseaux Ne Pourront Plus Chanter" and "Eduardo 3/4" both super deep groovy latin jazz tunes.

The record seems unplayed and plays flawless (soundclips of the actual record for sale) / Sleeve is not far from Mint. You won't find a better copy !
