Cortex - Volume 2 ( Disques Espérance - France - 1977)

Long time considered as a little bit "less good" as Troupeau Bleu (Alain Mion's Cortex first album), I find this Volume 2 as good if not better ! One of the few true french jazz-funk Holy Grail, the whole album is solid including the disco jazz dance classic "Devil's Dance". While "Funk Around The Punk" & "Mr J" could have been composed by the Headhunters ! "Datura" & "Regina" are also super funky jazz. No filler !
By the way this 2nd album by Cortex is even harder to find.
Record is strong VG+ (a few hairlines, plays really well with a few background noises on Side A) / Sleeve is VG++ (very clean / light wear on back / light creases)
