1.00 / Sold Out

Founded by Loy Ehrlich, a French multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer, this group from La Réunion Island was influenced by contemporary Western genres at the time such as blues, reggae and jazz but put their own tropical spice on top with local sega and maloya sonorities blended in with lyrics written in Creole from La Réunion.

Originally released in 1982, the album "La Vie Est Un Mystère" was followed by a series of concerts around the island before Carrousel ceased its activities. However, owing to this project being ahead of its time with its unique fusions and timeless compositions, the group has earned itself popularity in the eyes of locals as well as music lovers all over the globe.
